Christmas is coming up, and I wanna make Christmas cookies but frosting in my country is expensive so we cant make regular circle cookies with red and green frosting, so I wanna make Christmas tree sugar cookies so thank you for this!

I doubled everything because i needed much more. My question is, why was my batter so much stiffer? I know its double but you looked like you were mixing your final batter so easily. However mine became very difficult to stir. And i was careful not to over stir. I hope they come out okay...

Why did you speed up the part where you roll out the dough and make the lattice? We all have recipes for apple pie. It would have been nice to learn from your technique
